Questions We Get Asked Every Day

  • How soon can I get a bin?

    Most bins are delivered within 24 to 48 hours of booking. Call early in the day and we will tell you honestly what we can get to you and when.

  • How long do I get to keep it?

    Every delivery includes 7 days onsite. If you need it longer, additional onsite time is available for a fee, and multi bin projects and contractor accounts receive complimentary additional onsite time. When you are finished, give us a call. We ask for 24 to 48 hours notice so we can get the truck to you promptly.

  • How is my final price worked out?

    You pay a flat weekly service fee that covers delivery, 7 days onsite and pickup. Disposal is billed separately, based on the weight and the grade of material, which the receiving facility determines once your bin is emptied. Both are itemized on your final invoice.

  • Can you help me choose the right size?

    That is most of what we do on the phone. We will ask what the material is, how heavy it is and how much of it there is, then recommend a size. In almost every case we can quote you on the spot. If a driveway is steep or the access is tight, we can usually check it on satellite and street view without needing to come out.

  • Can drywall go in with everything else?

    No. Drywall needs its own dedicated bin because it requires separate disposal and possible testing. Tell us drywall is coming out and we will set you up properly so you avoid separation charges later.

  • Are you licensed and insured?

    Yes. We are an incorporated BC business carrying a North Vancouver business licence, commercial general liability, WorkSafeBC and ICBC coverage. If your site requires a certificate of insurance before we deliver, just ask and we will send it over.
